Okay boys, mine arrived today--so fast there was smoke coming off the box. Outstanding service from these guys...wow. Here is the Caboots comparison. Both of these boots are brand spanking new-TK boot is a 10, the Caboot is a 9.5. Overall I'd score these new boots a solid 9.5 out of 10. They are excellent. The color is a nice warm white, the texture is wonderfully matte, not glossy. They appear to be extremely well-made. The Caboots might be slightly wider but it is almost negligible--and I have a wider foot. I might change my mind after trooping in them for a few hours--we shall see--but initial trial feels good. I should say I had a thicker sock on too, so it will be even better with a thin sock. Bottom line: the width is not noticeably different imho than the Caboot. And one of the best things... THE NEW BOOTS DON'T SMELL LIKE THERE IS A DEAD BODY ROTTING IN THE BOTTOM! YAY!!!!!!! Sweet Jesus I havent trooped in a few months and I forgot that nasty glue smell on the Caboots. Have a look at the pics. The TK boots have the black pull loops, the Caboots have the white pull loops.

I'll be able to soon. Ordered mine yesterday and they are on their way already...

Problem is, the wife doesn't kill the boys....she kills a busload of schoolchildren from the boys' school instead. My condolences to Germany in advance for when the crazies come bombing Berlin, Warnemunde, Merkel's office, your family's church, or wherever they wreak havoc because of what Germany did to make them upset (you're part of that evil organization NATO, after all). When they do, remember to forgive them. You probably really hurt their feelings at some point, after all.

Ok. So let me ask "why" they murdered all those people, as you suggest I do: Because they were upset. Ok. So they were angry. Is it your point of view that if you're angry you can murder masses? Of course not. So, your point of understanding "why" someone would fly a plane full of people into a building is 100% pointless. It doesn't matter why. What matters is, understanding that there are crazy people hellbent on mass murder in the world and coming to grips with it.

Oh, I see. So if you piss me off, and I kill your family in retaliation, don't see me as a bad person. Remember: you pissed me off. Please.

I put up our big 3x5 flag yesterday...one of only three on my street. Sad. Went inside and watched the live footage re-broadcasts on tv. Made me sick to my stomach and angry all over again. We in the states should not forget that there a people out there that would like nothing more than to kill you, your children, your spouse, parents, loved ones... I will not forget.

Nathan! looking fantastic!!! Man I've always jones-ed to replace my chest plate with a more accurate one...TM if you're out there...let me know if you pull in standard HIPS and if it would be possible to score a replacement for my HIPS suit? Scott

beautiful bucket. Ive held one of those face plates in my hands and I can vouch that they are very sharp indeed.

At first glance, the finish is identical. Extremely shiny. Chris got some good HG HIPS material from the UK. The SDS is acrylic-capped ABS, and is a slightly warmer white. It's ever-so-slightly more scratch-proof as well (might be the acrylic capping). I haven't tested Novus on this set yet. Overall, it's beautiful.

Below are a few pics of an ongoing armor build. CAP high gloss HIPS armor. This is one of only a few hg hips sets he has run (I believe). Chris was kind enough to pull a set for me to build as a mannequin display by request. I'm taking my time with this, so it's been a slow process enjoy! More to come.

Fascinating! It's promo trooper all right. And his hand plate seems to be detaching from his left hand much more than the famous pose. (latex, i believe?)
