  1. I have looked thru the battle scenes on Endor in slow motion, looking for a good shoot of buttons, but there are very few. One trooper looks like he has only blue buttons, one like he has all gray like the one i the picture troopermaster posted. Some look very dark/black. A lot of the stunt guys have no color at all on the buttons. A few of the scenes are mirrored, whitch makes everything look weird. I guess I'll paint them like the crl is saying. It's an easy fix to repaint then if it changes
  2. They do look very much like standard gray nr 5 on that picture. But since the crl states black and blue, what should I do?
  3. I use dishwasher soap.. Have worked well for me. "Refill" the layer every 5-6 troop or so. I also have a fan, but don't use it much.
  4. Looks great! Roller Derby is fun. We troop with our local Derby team here i Trondheim, Norway as well.
  5. Did you ever get the parts? I have been waiting for almost 13 months now on a snowie kit and a commander kit.
  6. The blaster in that picture is assembled wrong. In other pictures of the same bust, the stock looks ok.
  7. Maybe it's because of the Gentle Gigant bust/statue.
  8. I have met some dogs while in costume, and have gotten different responses. Both good and bad. The bad one was last year when I saw a Labrador, and tried to say hello to it. It totally freaked out, barking, shoving its teeth, and backing away. This was in a big crowd of people. Another dog I tried to talk to, started looking around, not knowing where the sound came from, apparently not recognize me as a human. Another acted quite normal though and let me pet him, so I guess you never know. Just be careful, and see how it reacts before you get to close.
  9. The originals have heads that are 9,45mm, the thred part is 6,24mm and the whole screw is 22,10 mm long. They look like this
  10. Yeah, what Mathias said. The first ones look great! The last ones might also be usable, but hard to say, because of the crappy picture.
  11. Congratulations with getting armor! It's a fairly easy build, and with some modifications it should be possible to get it to Centurion I'm building an AM Shadow Stormtrooper right now, and even though I'm 185, 6'0" I need to trim off allot. Be sure to read http://forum.whitearmor.net/index.php?showtopic=16608 guide to get the shins right.
  12. Okay, I just donated some Ā£Ā£ as well :snowtrooper:
  13. I have a VT, an AP and a TM.. The TM is the biggest of those..
  14. Nope, I don't think so.. But I can make another one. You can see through this one, but the optics is not working. Everything gets smaller and upside down
  15. I have put lenses in my resin scopes.. Not that hard really. :ninja: ---------
  16. TM is fan made. VT's history is not really known, I think. Troopermaster is here, yes.
  17. Here is my TM Hero helmet.. He makes great stuff
  18. You are about perfect sized to be a stormtrooper, so I don't see why you need to chose AM or RT. You can use what maker you want. I am almost exactly your size, and my TM fits like a glove
  19. I like the design, but think the "First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment" could be changed a bit.
  20. Thank you guys! The suit was built by TM himself at some time, to a trooper a bit larger than me, so I tore up some of it, cut it down to size and changed allot of strapping. I have already ordered a TM helmet kit, and it should arrive any moment. I also have a TM Hero lid, and almost all the parts to do a complete Hero setup. (Missing the grappling hook) Edit: and by any moment, I mean now! Just got the TM helmet kit, and it looks fantastic!
  21. Woot woot! Open the blast doors, it's time for celebration!
  22. Okay, quick fix. I shortened the 2 side elastics on each side with about 1 cm. The armor got a bit less comfortable to wear, but I'll work
  23. Thank you. I just need to shorten the side straps a bit more i think.
