  1. Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like you need to cut the small angles on all 4 corners of the ammo belt. They should not be right angles. Should look like this...
  2. If you need a completed suit fast, your only option would be a Rubies Supreme Edition suit (although there is nothing "Supreme" about it). You can usually find them on EBAY, but they are just as much or more money than a screen accurate kit from a prominant armorer here on the boards. You may be able to find someone selling a completed suit on EBAY as well. Keep in mind, these custom suits are usually built to fit the person building it and unless you are exactly the same height/weight/build as that person it may not fit right. Renting? Not a chance.
  3. Hey Matt. Quartermaster here. Your TD style pack build is looking great. Just wanted to add some info for you... 1. The frame on the TD style pack should have a 33 degree bend on the down tubes. 2. There is no antenna on the TD or Game Version of the HWT pack. I have added it to some of my Game Version pack builds at the request of the buyer, but have made it removable so that it will pass EIB in the photos. 3. LED lights in the radio dial also very cool, just make sure you have them off for your submission pics. There are some excellent vendors over at the MEPD for very specific and screen accurate parts if you are looking for stuff. Let me know and I would be happy to steer you in the right direction.
  4. I'm on there, but I haven't submitted new pics yet for display on the site. Have to do that soon.
  5. Really great job on this Seann! Absolutely fantastic!!!
  6. Looks great! Keep up the good work!
  7. I have built both the game version HWT pack as well as the TD version. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
  8. Looking good Michael. You may need to lower that vertical stripe on your chest slightly below your pauldron. I know that was an issue with mine.
  9. Way to go Ryan! Another ICN on the way. Keep the pics coming.
  10. Looks great! Welcome to the INC group! Glad to see another one in the ranks!
  11. Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. I have been working with Mike for the past month on some new Sandtrooper Field pack parts and if his new armor is anything like what he has put into that project, you will not be dissappointed. Mike is an honest guy and it has been my pleasure working with him. I for one will be one of his 1st customers.
  12. Post some pics! Let's see your ICN.
  13. I think I may be #4. I was approved a couple of months ago.
  14. Congrats Jarred! Another ICN joins the ranks. While we may be small in numbers, we are a force to be reckoned with! And most importantly, the kids love us!
  15. Looking good Juan! Just a bit of tweaking here and there and you will be good to go. BTW, you can cut those pack straps shorter. Just remember to seal the ends of the nylon with some heat so that they won't continue to unwravel. I always leave them long so you can cut them to your desired length. Good Luck!
  16. Great job as usual Mason. I'm sure someone eventually will make a vac pulled lightweight version of that pack. Yours looks great, but I'm sure it's heavy.
  17. You need to flip the control pad on your ab plate. It is supposed to be upside down.
  18. Hey Juan. You could cut some of that excess off also. I always leave them long so that you can adjust the straps to fit you properly. If you do decide to cut off some excess, don't make them too short and remember to seal the end of the strap with some heat so that the nylon doesn't keep unraveling on you.
  19. I am very happy to hear you love your pack Juan! Your gear looks fantastic! Thank you everyone for your kind words. I really do appreciate it. Makes me want to keep on doing what I do.
  20. Great job Mike! Your gear looks awesome. Good luck with your application for EI if you go that route! I'll be watching....
  21. All weathering has been completed! I am very happy with how it came out. I will be posting new pictures soon.
  22. The easiest way to mount your shoulder pouch is attaching it to your pack strap. I will send you a picture or two of how I did mine.
  23. I am pretty sure Mason used a 4" THIN walled pvc tube. You don't want the regular PVC as it is too thick and heavy. Ask someone for the thin walled stuff. You may have to buy a 10 or 12 ft section though.
  24. I'm not just shooting for "good enough". I want my gear to be EIB and eventually Centurion level. I have a big troop coming up next weekend, so the later two are not going to be attainable on short notice, but I fully intend to pursue them.
