  1. Maybe it will be in the future. Right now there are more important aspects of the CRL to focus on. I don't think it's a big issue. I have yet to see a centurion request where cover strips have not been used where it should be.
  2. Approved! I suggest though that if possible, you lower the biceps a little to minimize the gap between bicep and forearm. Good job trooper!
  3. Nah. Sure it takes a while. But I've never had any problem putting load on it after an hour.
  4. I've used humbrol "liquid poly" with great results.
  5. You can re-use the pictures. Just make a new thread and double-check that everything is easily visible in the pictures. Gotcha on the big shoulders. I still think shorter straps would help. But don't worry. It won't hold you back. I'm just thinking out loud.
  6. Heh... easiest approval this week! Although, you shouldn't name the topic like this. I change that to what it is after approval And I'd recommend you move your shoulder bells a little closer in by shortening the straps from the shoulders for them. You'd look leaner and meaner if you do. Good work trooper!
  7. Just go with normal CA glue. it works and is super easy. Armour looks like it fits you good! I wear it about the same when it comes to gaps between the armour pieces and so on. But loose the suspenders. Just add elastics and snaps between the ab->chest as well as kidney->back and let your armour hang on it own on top of your shoulders. Much more comfortable.
  8. I think the curve only happens on the blasters with M19 scopes who has the larger hexagonal bolts.
  9. Yeah, I think it's a different blaster all together.
  10. Agreed. But the height of the scope rail (distance of air between receiver and rail) looks pretty much the same as the others, yet it even looks to be some free space under the screw for the forward foot of the scope.
  11. The rail on this blaster to the right does not bend upwards and has the M38 scope.
  12. It seems he has the M19 scope, with the larger screws. So maybe only the E-11's with M19 scopes bulged like that?
  13. Interesting. A detail not studied in enough detail, except by those with original parts.
  14. Notice how there's no (or very very small) screws holding the scope onto the rail on Luke's blaster?
  15. Easy approval. I would try to move the shoulder bells a little closer in and up a little, as well as try to replace the missing button cover on the ab belt. Good work trooper!
  16. You can find pictures like that all over the forum if you look for them.
  17. As far as I know, LA is a TE2 recast. Looking at the pulls displayed certainly indicates so too.
  18. He did, but never got anything after 1 year or so and cancelled his order and managed to get his money back. It wasn't easy though. The problem with Laws isn't that you have to wait forever. The problem is that he's not up-front about it. He tells you 6-8 weeks but it really is 6-8 months or more. I don't think any of our vetted TK makers have that kind of turn around time.
  19. No that's not required. It's just a misconception that all ANH holsters had tan straps. More likely is that only some of them had. But the few good screen shots we have of the holsters show tan straps. Approved!
  20. Model putty, bondo, milliput, or epoxy putty should do just fine.
