$90 isn't a lot, so you're lucky there. But personally I wouldn't want to spend $90 on something that belongs in a bonfire. What you bid on is a FX helmet kit and those helmets are deprecated. You can find B-grade (better than it sounds like) kits on this forum sometimes for about $125 that are of much more value for the money.

You might not have to (depends on your GML) but you should. You have way too much flashing and return around your whole torso that you should trim off. NE might say it's pre-trimmed, but that's only half of it.

I really liked the concept blaster Billy. I'm not sure I told you, but I do remember mentioning to Pete that it reminds me a lot of the ESB Fett sidearm. I wouldn't doubt that there is some connection between Ralph's sketches and what ended up on Fett.

I never glued my end caps and they have been sitting solid ever since. It's not an area that gets any stress so it will hold itself together just fine.
