  1. Yep I used CA Glue instead of Bondo, and so far (knocking on wood as I type this), no cracks in those seams.... - Berbs
  2. CONGRATS, Brian!! Any chance Renee could get a bump on her Legacy Submission from February, sir? I know it's probably still a huge backlog, as was noted, but if she needs to make any adjustments she can get on that sooner! Thanks! - Berbs
  3. Any ideas on how many have been approved so far though? - Berbs
  4. I echo the comments above... I had great mobility in my legs, but the Knee Gaskets were too short for me. The Elbows and Shoulders were too long and far too restrictive. Daetrin had the fabric gaskets from Wyatt and could put on and remove his bucket by himself. The Bucket is quite roomy! But it did smell like a Nail Salon when it came out of the box. (I still small it a little in fact, but that could all be in my head! Heck, that may still be the fumes I inhaled! LOL!!) - Berbs
  5. We submitted Renee's on Feb 16th. But have not heard back (I'm guessing it was part of the backlog). - Berbs
  6. BTW, Thank you, Steve!! Just realized I never posted that, after I got the award. Must've been in shock! - Berbs
  7. I LOVE that this kit is so easy to fix when you've got something wrong. Beep Boop...
  8. More Pics... I still have some Resin Completion Set parts coming as well as an Accurate Trigger. Test Fit! Here's where I snapped the tab on the aluminum, so it's glued down. But I need a new Rail anyway since the scope is so far back. Shaved down the sides here so it would fit in nice and snug... Only needed a few small drops of e-6000 Used a screw in place of the part on the folding stock that locks into place. - Berbs
  9. So, I've started my build... Wanted to get it done by Celebration. This will be one of the stunt versions. I have made one glaring mistake so far and placed the scope way too far back for the version I'm trying to go for. As mentioned in the order thread, the box was battered, but the kit was packed extremely well and was intact! (I have a different trigger inbound from Derrek) I picked up a Folding Stock, Trigger Assembly and Grip, and considering the heft they will add, I'll most likely use the Folding Stock on a second build (ANH most likely), and may eventually replace what I have here as far as the Trigger and Grip go. I'd like to use the real trigger for the Skyone / Khazid Mod here eventually as well. Wanted to get an idea where some of the parts oughta go so I test-fit the folding stock in the notch on the barrel and used this for pic as a reference later: So after a few days, here's where I was this morning: Will post more soon. - Berbs
  10. Nope, not the Only one, Sir! Though I don't have something as amazing as a personalized patch, so I may also need to look into getting these embroidered... ------------ I have one that defines each of the buckets within. Fordo for the Clone Wars. Death Trooper and TK below. I do still need to find a Jolly Roger Patch for my wife's TI.... Something to look for at the Swag Trading night... the other side of the Bags have our Squad Logos. ----------- - Berbs
  11. This looks Amazing, Derrek! Supercool Stuff, sir!! - Berbs
  12. Renee and I will be there!! Legacy Jes Gistang (still waiting for approval), and my TK. Hopefully More! - Berbs
  13. Evening, All!! First EIB is here!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Darren, Adrian, Sager, & Clint for pushing me to finish even after I received the award. Darren especially, as he inspired me to even go for it in the first place, and gave me tons of advice during my slow progression over the last few years. So as I finish everything up, and work my way towards Centurion, I think I should post up a few pics: Another Shot of the Ab Button Plate affixed: The new Notch 22mm x 22mm added to the Kidney plate sides: A Closeup of the Left Shin and Knee Plate (this was originally riveted but is now filled with ABS Paste sanded, and attached with E-6000): More to come!! - Berbs
  14. Thank You Brandon!! I've got SOME of the parts from Skyone's page, but wanted to find a build going into a PhoenixProps kit, and am glad I've found one!! (thanks for the headsup, Derrek!) Can you post details of how you're setting up the battery and switch plate within the Magazine Clip? I'm definitely looking forward to this! - Berbs
  15. That's the next goal!! More adjustments to make!! Beep Boop...
