Wow! Almost looks like two different packs, but I'm thinking it's really one pack that was worn two different ways, e.g. the one on the right being correct/intended, and the second they just rigged it lower down in the strapping, and thus the hose looks different, and also that one of the bottles was falling off but perhaps they didn't care at that point.
