We don't do head shots on the elite profiles. For the picture above it's cool, I can remove the rails, but I don't have an upward facing background shot. Something more straight on would work better.

 

Take a look at the other pics by clicking on the thumbnails on the elite page. Most are the same picture as the thumbnail.

A better shout would be best. I don't have that exact background anyway, it was done before my time and I haven't redone them all yet to match.
