Zugor[TK]
How wide are the cover strips supposed to be? I have read 15mm for the bracers and biceps and 20mm for the thighs and shins. I have also read the thighs and shins can go as high as 30mm if needed. How do I tell what is needed?
gmrhodes13[Staff]
Bicep forearms 15mm shins thighs 20mm back of shin 25 if using Velcro You try to use the minimum sizes on the fronts of each piece, if you need too you can have larger back strips as they won’t be noticed as much. If needed tough you can make larger front strips if you need more room.
Harbinger[IPM]
If this info isn’t pinned somewhere it should be as it comes up all the time.

It's not hard numbers that applies to everyone, just guidelines. If you have wider limbs, you'll need wider strips. Also, people obsess over numbers and tell others they're wrong when not sticking to what's perceived as the "true" widths. You can check out the RS suit galleries and see that there is some variety on the actual suit(s).
