EIB patch?

I've been given the link to get my EIB patch now ive received my certificate, but all i seem to get is an error screen telling me i dont have permission. Does anyone else have this issue?

I've tried it on different devices and get the same issue every time

Could be you don't have 501st clearance on the forum.  I can't see you asking for the permissions in your post history.

Er, yeah, how could you get your EI if you aren't even a 501st TK?  Gimme your TKID and I can hook you up direct.
