What are the measurements to cut the 45 degree angle cuts on the waist Belt?

And...  The end of the belt should end up being 3" (76 mm), the same width as your belt. 

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the belt is different than 3", the cuts will need to be adjusted slightly to match.

Yeah, the CRL used to stipulate specific measurements similar to what Q posted above (or was at least spoken of a lot - I remember seeing 10/13 going around a lot), then they changed it in the last 12 months or so to just 45 degrees. 12/12 would be a good start, but could be adjusted slightly to look better against the belt.

Your best bet is still always to "make it look like the originals".
