Certain people out there either spammers, people that only want to sell crap, or otherwise coming here with malicious intent can just post a certain amount of "nice" or "haha that's funny" in threads and get access to areas that people that are here for trooping purposes use. I haven't seen it here, but I have in other forums where you get the full monty access right off the bat and there are, "hey come check out my band at pen island . com", and there are no pens at that site... only things you can't un-see.
