NE Build? 3 piece bucket build

Hey troops....

I have a 3 piece trooper gear armor set how do I start with a 3 piece helmet set? I've only found 2 on here.

How do I attach the bell to the back part of the helmet? Also I don't want to rivet it? Or should I?.. Help!

I recently purchased a armor set from trooper gear I'm starting the bucket I can't seem to find these NE builds on here? Can some point me in the direction please? Thanks

Rare earth magnets are the strong ones, you can get these form ebay, one of the few things ebay is good for

Who is a good commission guy to work with??? Any one in north jersey who would like to meet up for beers and an armor build party with the skills to help me? Lol would love a class on this I was told to work with my Garrison in my area how do you know who and where he may be?
