Been kinda busy with work and the holidays and the list goes on. Sadly I am a little heavier than I want to be so I will be holding off on making certain parts till I drop some weight. I've been working on my blaster and its near completion.

Re painted the blue ab button with the French blue.

Your build is looking great so far! I trimmed my thighs a bit too much as well. They still fit but I plan on going back to add a bit of spacing. I'll keep an eye out to see how you go about it. Carry on!

I pre cut my cover strips before I started making the armor not realizing that I'm a little on the large size haha. So I don't think I will have enough plastic for cover strips and snap plates. Is there a place I can buy abs the same color or do I contact the armor maker for more?

You would be better contacting your armor maker, I have read that some makes are different colours

I glued the s trim on my bucket a couple days ago with e-6000 and today I tried it on and the whole thing about fell off. Seems the e-600 doesn't as adhere very well to the rubber . Any suggestions on attaching it? I used a generous amount of e-6000 by the way.

lookin good! love all the snaps on the workbench. I lost track of how many snaps I used so far. your a much neater builder than I am at points I move to the kitchen table so I can spend "quality time" with the family. the wife loves it when she steps on little pieces of plastic in the middle of the night. your almost there. feels good huh?

Been pretty busy with life and such but I'm getting pretty close to being done shins and thighs are gluing right now. Had to order more abs since my tighs are a little large so I'm waiting on that.

Ā

Sniper plate is next so we will see how that goes.

Ā

Did some strapping needs work but till I get everything connected not much I can do till then.

Every little bit adds up in the end, looking good, we all play around with the strapping just to get everything sitting right. Keep up the good work

From the front it looks slightly off but that may just be the photo, but sides are the most important to get right, make sure the ends have the same profile as the ridge angle

So I lve gotten to my thighs and measured to cut my back cover strips. I used one inch front strips to keep it around average for the front. Well my actual thighs are 68centimeter so being a little short by the time I measured my covers for the back they are 10.5centimeters that pretty huge and it looks bad in my opinion. Only other thing (besides losing weight) is take off the front strips make larger one to shrink the back strips. Sadly I'm out of abs I have another sheet on order but its just gonna suck to do this all over. Suggestions?

I have seen some pretty large back cover pieces, even some triangle shaped ones, but really you are doing the best thing making the front and rear match. Shame about having to wait for more ABS but it will be worth it in the end. Keep up the good work
