Buy one thing about mine bugs me, the chest piece is HUGE! I can't use this one at all based on my height (5'6) because the chestplate goes down to touching my belt. nai-retep[TK] Posted May 29, 2012 Report Share Posted May 29, 2012 Hi, I modified my chestpiece by trimming the upper edge as it was too large for me being only 5ft 4in! I didn't touch the bottom edge as I wasn't sure about the quality of the plastic for doing a new return edge. Trying to modify the handplates with a heat sealing iron made me wary about doing this! I've also noticed the FX and this kit have quite a few similarities. That's because the jedirobe/stormtroopershop kit is a recast of FX - a flimsy, styrene recast at that. How do I know? I saw one up close this weekend and having owned an FX kit in the past it was quite obvious.
