SW1 Posted May 23, 2012 Report Posted May 23, 2012 Hi Rob a little tip you could try to prevent the paint flaking off when trooping ,is to put a couple of coates of Johnson's Klear on it ,i used this on my Gino V3 PP helmet and my 1mm abs TM Set for Stun helmet , the Johnson's is a clear glaze once on it protects any weathering you have done and paint chips , i also put this on 1mm painted TM armour with great results . You cant get Johnson Klear of the shelf now but good old ebay Quote

Rolf[501st] Posted June 14, 2012 Report Posted June 14, 2012 OK, as SW 1 enquired about the level of detail the plastic would capture, here are a few shots of the finished faceplate we are using. This is from a brand new tool, from our silicone rubber internal master, created just for this plastic type. Thanks for the great comment Paul, we are indeed pleased with the results. I need some of that asap bro Quote
