TK9477
Guys - just wondering if there is a rule of thumb in how snug these should be?
Locitus[Admin]
Snug, but not snug enough that if you flex your muscle you break the seams.

xaoslord
Ā lol! Ā I'm working on the arms today, myself. Good rule of thumb is to take off a little at a time and test it. Remember that you will need to be able to put the helmet on and take it off while suited up, so make sure you can get your arms over your head. TK bondservnt[501st]
if your suit is cut to the overlaps first you can tape them on and check your fitting. Ā most simply tape em together and mark the 1/2 way point on each part where it Ā overlaps, cut each side on your marks, and then you simply add your cover strip one side at a time when gluing. longboard8
I had intended to use 7/8 cover strips for biceps, but that will be quite snug considering the side I just cut down. Ā I may go to a full inch. Ā Did the original stormtroopers have small biceps / triceps? Ā Ā
