So..My helmet is soon done..Got to get the decals in the mail,and then :-)

Yes i know the ears are litte fat on the top.But im going to cut it soon :-)

And i have lowered the brow a little more.

Great work...! Although, with the brow that high, it looks more like a Sandtrooper TD rather than a TK.

I'd detach the faceplate from the cap'n'back and reposition it so that the cap sits lower on the faceplate and flush into it, as I've understood you have a gap between the facplate and brow as well?

Disassemble the helmet and use magnets and/or clamps to hold the cap'n'back and faceplate in place and adjust it until you are completely satisfied with the position, then mark off and drill new holes and fasten them together using nuts and bolts. There are a lot of great tutorials on here if you just spend some time looking around.

As it sits now the brow is almost higher than the most famous screen-used one, and that would be allright if you were replicating a specifically screen used helmet, but if I were you, I wouldn't settle for such a sloppy assembly. You can do better!

Well,i have lowered the brow,and i think im happy as it is now,a little crooked,but im going to adjust that.And im going to do the vocoder over again.

Dont mind the ears,its not thighten yet.
