TK-7186[TK] Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 When building strapping can the shoulder attach to the bicep piece? I see under expert it states "No shoulder bell straps across the biceps", does that mean the shoulders can flop around? Thanks, -Gerrit Quote
troopermaster Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 The ROTJ shoulder bells do have a thin elastic strap on the bottom of the bells, but it is about 2" from the bottom so it cannot be seen across the biceps. Quote
jnnfr72[TK] Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 My shoulders were floppy, so I got some help. You don't want floppy shoulder bells. Quote
TrooperVenger Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 Hmm. Not sure if this is alright, but what I have is a piece of elastic on a snap going from the shoulder to the bicep. You can't see it as it's black and behind my arm. Quote
Tray[TK] Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 I have an elastic strap from the shoulder strap to the shoulder bell to the bicep. Quote
TK bondservnt[501st] Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 on an ROTJ style suit you can have a strap for all these locations: from shoulder strap to bell from shoulder bell to bicep on the inside holding the bicep vertically from shoulder bell midway to shoulder bell midway ABOVE the bicep- as the CRL states "across the biceps" photos have been shown on ROTJ troopers with a bicep strap above the bicep armor laying across the undersuit.
