I been trying to find some good non stop ambient CD's. Any suggestions out there? I need it for relaxation and sleep therapy. I have bad insomnia and I found out that this type of music really calms my mind.

I like modern rock: SlipKnot, Disturbed, Godsmack, Korn, and some older metal like Megadeth, Metallica, Priest & Maiden. Sometimes I'm mellow: Daughtry, Jack Johnson. Was a huge fan of the Police, saw them this past summer. As a TK I believe we should all be big fans of John Williams.

I found a lot of these newer bands using a free custom radio station called Pandora.com. You put in all the Bands you like and it plays stuff that's similar. It also lets you mark whether you liked the selection or not, and if not you can skip to the next one. I've found almost all the newer bands I like using Pandora over the past 5 years.
