ctankep Posted April 15, 2011 Author Report Posted April 15, 2011 Nicely done mate! Cheers mate! So it took some brute force to get that metal ring in and 35 spänn worth of hobby materials. Almost broke the blaster end cap, but in the end results were totally ok actually. (Thanks to you Mathias one might add) Hope this will get my EIB. Quote
Locitus[Admin] Posted April 15, 2011 Report Posted April 15, 2011 Yeah you can't even tell that it's the same end cap from the picture you sent me! Quote
ctankep Posted April 15, 2011 Author Report Posted April 15, 2011 Yeah you can't even tell that it's the same end cap from the picture you sent me! Ok, so first i made a hole right through the end cap. Then i tried to bend the D-ring into place but it cracked the end cap. So i took the tube of E6000 you gave me and glued the part that cracked back on, then let it dry and painted it black with the paint from hobbex. Hell yeah! With these mad skills i will soon be ready to build my next TM armour! Quote
dashrazor Posted April 16, 2011 Report Posted April 16, 2011 great! i got the D-ring photos Approved! and congratulations trooper Quote
