  1. I did a you tube search and come up with this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=or0LxVDxB_c
  2. Get your hands on a cheap store mannequin and do some mods like I did. Its a bit of work but worth the effort. my mannequin build thread http://www.whitearmo...h-movable-arms/
  3. I've had to bend over but it wasn't as easy as that looks.
  4. I see what you mean. I think the RS kidney plate is an inch or so longer then most other armour's making the butt plate an inch or so lower and giving you a bit of trouble. Try not to lower thighs much as it will expose your groin area and could coarse trouble behind your knees .
  5. Awesome and good to know if you drop your keys! lol
  6. So lets see you sitting down Paul. This is me sitting down the best I could (note the chest flex) ... It was very scary
  7. Its a risky move all round. Check out the chest flex on Han's.
  8. I think the thighs look fine and the armour looks like a great fit too!
  9. I dont think your back plate is ment to over lap your kidney plate and im fairly sure there shouldnt be strap joining your chest and back plate together. good luck.
  10. This IMO is the most obvious thing that needs to be changed in the CLR's. insted of 3" to 3.5" it should be 2 3/4" to 3"
  11. Also according to the CLR's the RS belt being 2 3/4" doesn't pass
  12. Going off the RS belt messurements its actually 2 & 3/4" not 3", so 3.5" is way over sized.
  13. I asume your talking about airbrushing the details, because thats what a airbrush does paints fine details, exp.airbrush art. I guess this would be ok for basic approvel but you would have to hand paint the details if you want to go for EIB and above.
  14. OK I can understand that. But I know of someone in my garrison that just happends to be a skinny female, thats got a 3.5" belt, wont alter it because its in the CLR's and everyone in my garrison seems to be fine with it.
  15. but thats no good because when these mistakes are pointed out and they can still say "this is allowed,it's within the requirements of the CRL's"?
  16. Two weeks off work! thats totaly worth a knuckle. Great job on the mods BTW
  17. So does that mean people all around the world are getting basic approvel with 3.5" belts?
  18. Someone in my garrison pointed out that basic CRL belt requirements states that the Belt can be 3â€(75mm) to 3.5â€(90mm) wide. really? 3.5" that seem's awfuly wide, and the width does'nt change for Expert Infantryman or Centurion either. What gives?
  19. looks great and a good fit too! All you need to do is pull your thighs up a bit and your good as gold.
  20. its great but he riped it off Moosebutter.
  21. Looks good, Cover strips on the arms are 15mm give or take a mm.I think the cover strips on the legs of the rs suit varied from 22 to 24 mm.
  22. If I was you I'd trim it down to the joining strip & that will take care of the gap on the shins.
  23. Hi Sam, I wouldn't worry about the gap on the back of your shins ,It looks like you need to trim them anyway as well as the bottom of the back of your thighs and doing this will give you more movement.
