Celebration Europe was awesome! I had a really good time in London. It is always great to see so many other troops around!! I didnt see a lot of the convention because I spent almost all my time at the 501st booth, but who cares *hrhr* My highlights were the evenings in the Fox pub Hey Simon: thanks for doing the panel!! It was a bit chaotic there but you all did an awesome job!

oh no... that is bad with such a great looking minitrooper he would have been one true star of Celebration Europe!! I Hope his arm gets better soon.

ehm... I hoped that someone drags me out there I dont know If I'll go the the groupphoto yet. We have some members who will be in the Costume Contest at CE and I wanted to support them. Depending on when the contest is over I'll be at the photoshoot.

I'm looking forward to meeting all the other troops at CE! We will have a big time there I hope there will be something like a mixer in London where we can all meet and have a drink (or 2)

Hi Commander, no, you are not the first group who does this. There is a system in the UK Garrison called "Troopercom". As far as I know it is an additional module for the RomFX speaker system. I dont know much about it, just that there is a magnetic Switch in the earcaps of the helmets and a small magnet in the glove of the trooper. the RomFX works normal as long as the the trooper does not touch his helmet with the magnet. If he does then the RomFX switches from "outside talking" (spectators) to speaking with the other troopers. To show that he does "internal speaking" the trooper has a small LED light in the lid. I have no ideas about frequencies etc. maybe one of our UK guys can jump in on that

oh, cool *lol* both are no active members but it is strange anyways... never saw that before I have no idea why this is in the list.

no problem there was a time in the beginning of the 501st when the first members left the group again. back then this "cradle to grave" thing with the numbers was not installed yet and numbers of retired members were given to others. Maybe that has something to do with it. Just a guess But be assured that the newer numbers are only given out once. I am the only 8010 and will ever be members with no ID but on the roster?? have you an example for that?

the link in the first post works fine here. you have to be registered on the CIV boards and have access to the 501st part to see it. the lists for the costume panels are closed already and for the Trooper panel this names are in: I will be on the panel for the Denizens... I'm already very nervous about that, I hope it will not end in a complete desaster

no.. your number is your number and will always be it. Your number belongs to you "from cradle to grave" (literally). you could one day decide to come back after being inactive

Hi there, please send me a PM with your username on Forcepike.com and I will get this issue solved. We (as many other boards) had severe probs with spam accounts and people who wanted to tell us that we need viagra. I'm sorry that not everything works smooth yet. It is not easy to filter out the "real" persons from the spamthings... like Seth wrote. Forcepike has internal parts as well, if a user wants access to 501st only parts he has to contact a mod.
