    Due to some blubber!! relaxed muscle?? i need to add a few inches to the sides, i have spare abs shims, which side needs the rivets? is it the left? and what do you suggest i use to close the gap on the other side, i have abs, can i make a snap shut system, i dont like velcro on extra shims to be honest.

    do i need to attach the belt too the ab plate or just wrap it around myself??

    all done now,thanks for the advice, i have gone for snaps and at the moment they seem to be working fine. I put the snaps through the actual abs strip and then covered the snaps with the rivet covers that i had supplied with the strip, looks just fine. I will put pics up when i get my camera back from the wife!

    Ok i have an excellent FBJ canvas belt and the equalily excellent Tm belt plate, i have a few questions, where about should i place the belt plate, dead centre of the canvas belt so there are equal ammounts of belt showing each side?? also is it best to use snaps to attach the plate to the canvas? I'll check out the pinned guides but would like some advice also.

    oh i know, its superbly priced to be honest, if i could win the lottery i would personaly visit the TM and buy a load from him, or at least order a load. Then id make my servants in my mansion wear TK armour all day!! this is my lottery dream!

    i have a black pair of chelsea boots with the elastic and im tempted to do these, can i use my dremmel to sand the leather off??

    thanks peter, i know some dont like grp, well proberly most but i got it at one hell of a good price, and i cant afford the tm suit at the moment, i have made the black elastic straps for the biceps tonight thanks for the advice on that. just need my belt back from firebladejedi so i can progress further.

    i dont know what it is to be honest, yes its a Grp suit, which is fine by me. Dont know if its FX?? Not a problem though is it??

    thanks for the comments so far, much appreciated, one problem i have is the thighs, as im a footballer my thighs are quite large and the bottom of them are pinching my knees, should i maybe attach them higher up?? Here are my helmets still need to do a bit on the one on the right.

    Its far from perfect. but its my first attempt, a few things need adusting but i wanted to show whats done so far.Had a few problems due to my size,6'3 and a bit bulky....Please be gentle please excuse my balding head and big kid look on my face!!

    i also painted the inside of mine black with spray after it was all assembled, just maked the lenses.

    i think ive gone off the idea of using rivets there allready. i think i will glue the fronts and leave the backs loose like in the movies.

    can the strap be riveted to the front?? if yes is it one or two rivets. thanks
