one thing thats allways bothered me about the new version of a new hope is this, please take a look at your copies to see what i mean. on one of the scenes where luke and crew are driving into mos eisley there are stormtroopers lining either sides of the streets, if you look you can see that the troopers on the left and the troopers on the right of the screen do exactly the same things,sxame stance , everything, as if they just flipped the cgi to save cash, its allways bothered me.!

yeah dont mess with my memories lucas! i have the old definative collection laserdisc set from years ago, i watch these versions when i feel the need, cost a load back then but its quality package. the original versions are available on dvd on the flipside of the cgi versions.

Hello everyone, i have been away for ages due to illness which is bad, good news is though i now fit easily into my trooper uniform as i lost 2 stone in weight, excellent!! Time to browse the forum to see whats new.

ive been away for a while with my new career and its great, i have not had the oppertunity to post for a while or wear my suit. I have been working away in the computer shop ,running it for my boss who has been a friend for years. had a bit of a day today, a group of youths came into our shop and assaulted my boss, my boss is only a slightly built 5'7 guy and he wouldnt even hurt an ewok. Me well im 6'3 16 stone and can take care of myself so i took it upon myself to remove all three of them from the shop and into the street, this was quite a fun workout with two of them trying to get the better of me which they failed to do, the police were then called as i held them both in headlocks!! Boss gave me a little pressie later on of the blade runner blu ray that i wanted. I have now set up a workstation at the shop so i can access the internet at my pleasure.

once i get my approval(boots required) i would love that second patch on my leather jacket

Update....I have a New Job. My Friend at the pc store had me help out for a week and he was so happy he has increased the wage and i can now start here. Its a great job really, im in the shop serving customers and browsing the internet most of the day!!! Been watching the making of star wars on youtube today, some great trooper off camera footage there! Thanks for all your support my friends. Cant wait to go out in uniform tonight and see peoples reactions! Adrian

thanks once again my friends, I havnt managed to find a job as yet, i thought i had found a job at a pc repair store but the wages are simply not enough to pay my mortgage etc. Looks like i might have a few months of waiting, and a bleak winter.

yes i have a long torso, the chest does rise above the ab a bit but i will cure it. i have allready separated the ab and cod the seam is hidden under the fbj belt. cheers

Decided to go out last night and show some family my project, pics were taken and here they are, please excuse the shoes!! my suit has been sprayed with krylon fusion gloss white. I still need to add boots, holster and td cannister. What do you think so far.

Yesterday i lost my job, i was working in engineering just learning the job, my cousin was the boss, basicly i was working 50-60 hours a week and was not getting paid properly, so when i had a meeting to clear the air i was told to leave.!! just so happens that he had just spent £40'000 on a new car. I'll have to search again now, proble is i dont have any skills like plumbing, electricals etc. guess i could stack the beans at a local supermarket. i would love a job i could do from home in an ideal world.

Ive used elastic on one side of my ab plate to close it in but im just not happy with it, on one side i have used a section of abs and riveted it in, can i do this on the other side too or is it frowned upon?? please advise guys
