  1. Okay, so.............what makes me tick. Well, my parents raised me very well, in a very christian home, and I was very shy, not very outgoing, and for the most part just kept to myself until at the age of 19, on March 22nd 1992, I died, and was reborn hard on June 19th 1992 as a private first class in The United States Marine Corps. This experience changed my life, and made me who I am today. I saw more in four years than most people see in a life time. Without going into 20 pages of my experiences in the corps, my one claim to fame is that as a corporal in the third battalion, eighth marines, I was one of the Devil Dogs that rescued Air Force pilot Capt. Scott O'Grady from Bosnia on June 8th 1995. Any way, since my days in the corps, I worked for nine years as a maintenance supervisor, I then went out on my own, doing sub contract construction work. While doing that, I took a part time job as a bar tender, which eventually turned into a full time job while I was going to school to become a bail bond agent. I should be starting work as a temporary agent with ChaOs by the first of the year. I am married, and will have been for six years as of May 19th 2007. I am a proud father of two little girls, Charleigh Ann (2years, & 2 months old), and Cordelia Elizabeth (6 months old). Other than Star Wars (Which has been my passion since 1977, when I was four). I'm into building military armor models, and collecting WW II German regalia.
  2. You won't be disappointed with the RT. Most of the newly formed Jacksonville based Squad 7 have RT-Mod buckets, myself included. It's an awesome bucket. I would have at least got his decals though, they are top notch.
  3. Yes, I have been swamped, but I haven't forgotten about you guys. You should all have them by DC. One of the problems I've had, is the last coat of clear I put on them, dulled the hell out of them, so I'm having to do a little more work than I expected. I apologize for the delay, and I will have these out to you shortly.
  4. This problem has happened to me before. It is caused by not allowing the paint to fully cure. After your first coat, you can recoat once within twenty four hours. After that, you need to wait seven days. If you don't allow this time for the paint to fully cure, it will wrinkle, bubble, and/or crack. You just have to be patient. To fix the problem, let the paint fully cure, then with a fine grit sandpaper, sand down the imperfections and recoat it. You should be fine after that.
  5. Umm......I'm guessing it was me, or the "other" Aaron. That's kind or funny.
  6. That might have been me about the Turtle Wax. I use Zippo fluid to get "blaster" paint marks off my armor, but over time it will dull the plastic. After you clean with Zippo fluid go back over your entire armor with Turtle Wax spray on car wax. I'm still really amazed at how well it shines.
  7. No problem bro, just let me know when you're ready.
  8. I've got a tool kit that I take with me on troops. I keep quite a few items in it: 1) Plastic Welder 2) Industrial velcro 3) Sheet styrene 4) Rivet gun, and rivets 4) Drill, and drill bits 5) Scissors 6) Hobby paint brushes, and touch up paint 7) One inch nylon webbing, and extra elastic 8) 1000 to 12,000 grit sand paper 9) Turtle Wax spray on car wax 10) Razor knife 11) Screw drivers 12) Pliers 13) 501st patch trades 14) 501st card trades 15) 501st temp. tattoos My armor bin is the big Stanley tool box with wheels. ---------
  9. No Carlos, I'm here. It just took me a few minutes to get squared away so that I could post here. Okay so what are we talking about here? Ab plate buttons? I've got some that I made up. They are metal, have a coat of primer, three coats of paint, and three coats of clear coat. I have three sets available, and I'm in the process of making up three more sets. This usually takes about four to five days. PM me for price, and paypal info.
