  1. Edit: Sometimes it's better to keep what i think for myself...
  2. Hey come on. I know it's selfmade.yes.it was alot of work maybe but it's fact that it's way off.So as the the FX bucket is way off. It's also selfmade and it was sure a lot of work to do it, yes. But hey, you can call dog poo dog poo or say it's something not so nice which comes out of the end of a dog and smells not so nice. Dog poo is dog poo. Only give it a other name.
  3. Same crappy stuff as the old FX buckets. That's the reason.
  4. T-tracks on the blaster should end inside the first and last holes: not as at your only above: Also i fully agree with SW1.
  5. Looks like the missing link between Clone helmets and AnH Stormtrooper helmets.
  6. Well read this and ask me, what is MTK? http://whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=15973&pid=193272&st=0entry193272 Should be updated here in the first post?? Origin ect.?
  7. Than begin to eat....lol just kidding. Listen to that what Paul has said, the boots are no longer made and it's nearly impossible to find them. It would help nothing if you would know the brand, cause you no longer can find them. For to build a close to screen costume i would go for some Jones chelsea boots, they are realy close. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Jones-black-Chelsea-Boots-size-9-/180680446040?pt=UK_Men_s_Shoes&hash=item2a1164d058
  8. You mean this pic, which i got from Alan Flying? Alan told me that in this boxes where stands Roots, are the Stormtrooper boots for RotJ. But till yet , i have not found this boots.
  9. Would it possible to add this on your moulds Paul? Would say a nice feature more.
  10. Don't know, may this few pic's are usefull, found them on flickr.
  11. I think i missed something . Where is the price written or the material this kit wil be made off?? Edit: Ok, got it: http://www.therpf.com/f13/new-hope-stunt-helmet-interest-siman-kit-116207/ 225 GPB is for a styrene Kit. 300 GBP for a complet finished one. I think i wait till i see some finished ones. Not want to buy the cat in the bag.
  12. Everything what will be offered , will be recasted sooner or later if it's good or to expensive for the mass. These guys always will be there. And he could do nothing as look and anger himself, cause he have no licence or patent which would keep this guys on there balls. If the creator not want this, he should not offer his casts and keep them only for himself. Simple as easy. But i agree it would be a great shame if this will happen, for all who want to have such a nice replica of a real helmet. My personal POV: I think he can sell them for more as 300 GBP and there will be enough who would buy it. Look how many guys buy EFX or MR stuff, it's not less expensive but the people buy it like candy. But the risks of recasts would be much higher. It's something special, which will not will happen again the next 20 years i believe. And the big point, he's the only one who would sell copy's of a real AnH armor and helmet. So he can dictate the price, if he want to do this. But that's all wild guess, so sit back and lets see what will happen. Overall one more nice replica outthere , which is truly worth it to collect. He has done a great work so far.
  13. No problem , i do as well. I accept your pov. Only cause we have not the same, it not means we couldn't speak normal about it. Cheer's ,too
  14. The point i mean is, we not should hold on was was good 10 years ago. Come on guys, i know that we not have the same point of view, i understand yours, there is no problem with this pov. But well is it realy such a big thing to do more as minimal look in the future and try to do it better? And btw, are you think a Hasbro blaster is professional quality??
  15. Well one point is fact: If we want to speak in proud about sentense like this: How can I join the 501st Legion? Do you have a passion for Star Wars and helping others? Do you own a professional-quality costume based on "bad guy" characters from Star Wars? Are you at least 18 years old? ,If you answered yes to these questions, then you should visit our Join Us page for registration det. or this: What is the 501st Legion? Since 1997, the costuming organization known as the 501st Legion has spread the magic of the Star Wars genre worldwide through its authentic-looking costumes, and has become the leading force in fan-based charity events. The 501st, also known as “Vader’s Fist,†is truly dedicated to brightening the lives of those less-fortunate. Than this discussion about a crappy cheap looking hasbro blaster wouldn't be here. There will be made always better quality parts in future, so why not use it? Also we cant't tell newbies this what is written above and don't do it yourself.
  16. Agree that, meanwhile so much nice kits outthere, which looks like a real sterling not much expensiv as a hasbro.
  17. Also i would see there no problem for a AnH Centurion. The blasterparts are a great clean cast of a real sterling and the scope is also a good cast of a m38. Closer will only be the real deal.
