I'm also scratch building a Fett helmet. But I don't have any idea on dimensions. So, if you have a movie sized Fett helmet, please help me. I'd need some (significat) dimesions so I can scale myself the rest. (E.g. Visor width and lenght, key slot box, front to back from the bottom, dimes of the ears, you name it) and yes, I know about thedentedhelmet, but I couldn't find anything. I also figured (after reading some threads) that almost noone likes giving out secret information like sizes to newbies... Thanks in advance, Karin

If I understood correctly, putting dome black mesh/screen behind the frown is NOT screen accurate. So, what did they do so that their faces could not be seen? thanks, Karin

Since I have a new helmet kit coming up, I'd also like to make a screen accurate interior. Things I know (already) *) they're connected to the ear screws (together with the strip of green acetate) *) there seems to be 2 snaps on the other end. Things I'd like to know *) what kind of material are they? *) length and width? * what kind of snaps? thanks, Karin
