    Fantastic build! I just started to looking into ROTJ. What I like to know: if there aren't any srews used, how on earth are the chin straps mounted?

    The round part goes onto the helmet. No glue required. But if you like, you can use a small amount of E6000.

    Finish it already! and then , do a photo shoot with your TM armor and latex hand guards... which will be THE MOST ACCURATE TROOPER REPLICA!

    ..and the hand guards are plastic, not latex... Just food for thought. But he does have a pro vacuum set up... so his recasts are sharp.

    Nice TM suit, Noel! But I think the "legs" should be shortended, otherwise, I thnink", they'd pinch you

    Look for "brads" (paper clips), much more accurate. There were no pop rivets on the armor. Not even on the sniper plate. It was glued. This, when you want screen accuracy. If that doesn't matter to you, you can use pop rivets and fill the holes with bondo.
