    The orginal diameter (6.8 cm) is hardly available,so most settle for 2"(5 cm). EIB or Centurion should'nt be affected as long as it looks good. Maybe, some time in the future, the correct diameter willbe an issue for centurion

    Interesting question! Judging by the archive pics, the originals were NEVER cleaned I guess, just plain soap and luke warm water should suffice and not causing any damage.

    I'd stick to the original humbrol, But you're right. Just clean the area, no sanding required.

    This does look quite accurate, but you'd still need a hengstler counter. But I guess it must be quite heavy?

    You'd be better off buying some regular chelsea boots and paint them white. More authentic, too!

    For the size it looks quite accurate. When I look at the ears,it reminds me of a shrunk down EFX (MR) one. Why can't we in Europe have the cool stuff?

    Oh, there were some blu ray BTS screen shots in this thread which don't show up now. I can't find them on my HD. Has anyone saved them?
