    Thanks for your kind sugesstions! With the exeception of tryptophane I tried everything, I even watched Star Trek: The (slow) Motion picture. LOL I guess it's too many thoughts. I hope this night is better. Feel yourselves hugged

    Thanks! See the differnce? Same mold, but differnt casting technique. But as TM said, there's still something off; but I can't put my finger on it. After a year of research, I can't see the wood for the trees I'd really appreciate any help or input!

    Next and better cast: The ribs can be folded over themselves (as they should) Although it is quite thin, is durable and flexible in all dimensions

    Next cast: I added a little color, and it's a "skin" cast,not solid. Am I getting closer?

    Just a quick mock up to get the sizing and spacing right. And I'm trying various casting techniques. E.g, the ribs are solid at the moment and such things,which will not be present with the "real" thing

    I think we can all understand you If you are wearing a balaclava (Sturmhaube) your mouth won't be visible and it soakes up all the sweat

    Awesome build! But I have to ask: you're striving for accuracy in all the small details, but why the mesh behind to teeth? It won't prevent you passing, but I find it distracting.
