Biceps have been fitted and trimmed, will do final cuts when I put on the cover strips

Sizing the bicep, should I fit with the oval shape or try at this stage before cutting to make it a little rounder (or does it really matter)?

Parts that I will use are laid out. Very nice casting! Can anyone tell me what the two bottom left picture parts are (maybe sandtrooper?)

Here we go again. After dry fitting the WTF kit to my frame (6'1" 195 pounds) I was not happy with the fit (too much under-suit showing). So, after following Sean and his build of both (WTF and AM) I decided that the AM would be a better fit. Lots of tips and tricks were learned, so I have a little more confidence in this build. My WTF armor will go to my wife after I finish this kit. The family that troops together, something something something... Just got the tracking number, so now the BBB day is fast approaching.

Looks good, if you want to tighten it up a bit maybe a couple of plastic tabs on the cover side to "lock in" and pull it closer? I also see more experienced troopers talking about "comfort" while trooping and some cut a moon shape out of the back of the shin to allow a little more movement. Maybe after you get approval?

So Walt must be checking this build. Just posted that he needed to make a new master for the bell, and the new one is 1.5 inches deeper. If you want to get replacements, PM rocky.

Awesome stuff, cricket! Noob question for you, any thought on doing this for forearms to get a closer opening for wrist (or just not necessary)?

Did he eat to much of ABS hashbrowns or the loss of the shop shirt has left him listless and unable to build? Inquiring minds want to know
