  1. Thanks Eric! Perfect pictures by you made it possible.
  2. Thanks Christine and the DO team!
  3. In EIB it was suggested that I extend the frown paint. Removed the corners New paint
  4. Great report! On the sniper plate, did you trim any of the width from the top of the plate? This was mine before I adjusted the angle and trimmed the top.
  5. Took pictures with the legs off so you can see the contrast. I did add some more glue to make sure they don't move. Front view Side view
  6. I think it is the angle as I already have e6000 to hold them in place. Will take updated pictures
  7. When building my TK I had the same idea for storage (keys, cash for subway,etc...). Now that I have trooped in a few different situations, I would not feel comfortable having anything of value in a TD. For spare parts, I keep mine in the car along with tape/glue because if something can't wait until the end of the troop to fix, I will need to remove the armor to fix it (TD just would not hold enough). If keys/money is a concern, get a passport bag to fit around your neck and hide behind the chest armor https://www.amazon.com/Travel-Wallet-hidden-passport-Luggage/dp/B01N30R8CX/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=113E5BDQCOP0B&keywords=passport+pouch+neck&qid=1553005313&s=gateway&sprefix=passport+po%2Caps%2C236&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1 If you want the cap to be retained, use a small bungee cord attached to both caps. Doesn't take up a lot of room and the caps are always pulling against each other https://www.amazon.com/Shock-Cord-inch-Diamond-Grip/dp/B07HQBHV88/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=small%2Bbungee%2Bcord&qid=1553005542&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&th=1 HTH, Lou

  10. Measure the outer at 15mm, sand until you get that. Then sand the inner box until it is flush or just under (so it does not push out). Put some weight in it so they will hang down when worn (I used brad nails and e6000), otherwise they tend to flop around and get stuck.
  11. Sand down and make them fit, 15mm
  12. congratulations to 894 from 892
  13. Thanks Tony! Used your AM 1.0 build to help, much appreciated.
  14. How about using them for a mold and casting out of foam? This I can help with to begin repayment on helping with my build (troopers helping troopers). Just picked up supplies for my droid build from the engineer guy
  15. Just got the same email. Said they have "approved the changes" and the pictures speak for themselves...
  16. My cracking on the AM armor is on the chest plate from how I am gearing up, so like Sean I have reinforced the chest and other areas to add support. Shins are another high stress area for me (taking off and on). Look at page three, I had the same issue after a few troops, better to work it now before you get cracks.
  17. Hey A.J., start thinking about reinforcing some areas before they crack, front chest piece can be an issue.
