Yeah, canon width for the arms cover strips is 15mm. However, if you need to go a few milimeters wider for some reason (for example, if your hand can't fit through your forearm at 15mm), that's not a problem at all. So you can go a bit more than 15mm if you need - just keep it uniform throughout the armor. And for the cover strips corners, most armors used in the movie had theor corners lightly rounded. It will be better when we get a picture of your whole arm straight, but from this picture I think you could easily wear your bicep piece higher... And your forearm should follow, too. As long as you can still bend your elbow! I'd try that first. Sent from my LG-M470 using Tapatalk

Looking good from what is visible on those pictures! When the glue is set properly, it should not move that much even if you force the pieces into place. If there is still always too much tension, you can always try to hot bath the piece carefully to shape it towards how it should go and fit. Keep it up, coming along great!
