  1. Thanks Brien
  2. Shoulders tomorrow then half-a-Stormtrooper-dance it is
  3. So true, it’s a really fun build to experiment on And onwards we go...after some test I moved the front ”snaps” closer as there was a risk to get them tangled with the yoke comming down...I snapped them on and made a mark roughly were to drill and drilled a pilot hole and then the big one Testing...jepp it works Drilled away and strapping complete
  4. I made a really complex strapping device
  5. Idealy it wouldn’t be there but if not seen when worn I think it is, RS has a habit of doing so, I’ve seen it a couple of times but don’t remember what was said about it. We will see
  6. Yes and you could have fooled me It does looks like paint so you might get asked to take a new photo but you could always wait and see what the DO:s say Again - you look great
  7. Nice looking armor, EIB is in your reach They will however ask you to remove the paint on the posterior plate snaps and to replace the TD screws to slotted pan head, still black though Good luck!
  8. That is the checklist for Centurion but the more photos the better - just setting the record straight here’s the EIB list
  9. Might even be a market for it
  10. By using E6000 it comes off no problem but still remains put as long as one likes
  11. No need to appologize at all Just trying to make is easier for you as well
  12. Hey I would ask you to start a thread and keep all your questions there, it`s much easier to help you when everything is in place as most fitting questions interloc
  13. I don`t care what the dog thinks looking good there Alex A little tip is to watch your cover strips, they seem to be a bit long on the arms and the smaller ab button plate seem a bit to large, hard to say for sure so here`s a reference so you can have a look see
  14. Go with what you like the most, like Tony said the TD (Sandtrooper) has more extras like a Field Pack, it´s optional for basic but for L2 is a requriment and in my opinion the Field Pack is what makes it a Sandtrooper If you are having a hard time deciding then go Stormtrooper first and Sandtrooper next
  15. For basic no pack is needed but for L2 Police officer you MUST have a pack even if your SWAT-Trooper L3 does not
  16. The Dark Side of the Force works in mysterious ways Awesome!!
  17. Time to make some strapping for the posterior plate Center snap is for the belt The belt will "rest" on this ledge so using that as a guide Simply but carefully set the plate up against the belt, you feel when it`s in place Using a pen to mark the ends and glue them down, I only glued a little to begin with for those "just in case-moments" Time to test and all was good, feelt good and then glued the straps in full
  18. I show more painting on the Stunt-build (don`t know which one you looked at) and it`s a 25gallon husky and I got it of ebay, actually got a second shortly after as I was super-lucky on shipping...Haven`t looked in a while though so you might get lucky….I really like it, it has a military look to it and except for the helmet everything fits...and yes I´m using both
  19. It`s a lot easier then you`d think, feel free to check my threads
  20. As I mentioned earlier I had some plans for the inside and for that I needed some cellfoam After cutting and fitting is was time to remove the backing and I started by peeling a section off and then pushed it up towards the frame Then rolled it from the other end and got hold of the backing Then it was simply a matter of roling it, removing the backing as it Went Magnets are still pretty visible Now they`re not I don`t like the waves of that top part so currently heating it with a hair dryer to try and straighten it some.
  21. Here`s some reference for you
