1. did your GML go to SWCO might be a reason why ? ?
2. its just time reading through all the threads, i have no real electronic experience so took the easy options (will cost a bit more overall though) got hooked up with ukswarth's fan set up on bracket and for voice now using tramp stand alone unit mounted in chest and wireless mic in bucket Simples
3. Looking good trooper, having just gone through All the approval stuff myself recently just minor observations, knee ammo box rivet needs to be painted white, make sure your belt ammo boxes are right in line with the edge of your belt (got pulled up on that). Sniper knee plate looks like it might be low on the top edge but can't quite tell from photo. But this is just knick picky stuff assuming your shooting for centurion. Good luck mate
4. Martyn Fennell 42413 Centurion A4 Tony

Many thanks http://www.whitearmor.net/eib/certificates/42413-centurion.png
5. Thanks Tony and thanks to everyone who's has chipped in across my build. First troop booked in going big, two days at Londons's comic con.
6. Ok looking for helpful hints and solutions with regards to mounting voice changer within armour, currently I have a Tramp unit in terms of size it is a heavily modified Aker, what's people's prefered method of attachment many thanks

Thanks for your consideration
8. i see you have RS, have you tried contacting them yet ??
9. i went with individual mounts, T-nuts held in place with E6000 and then covered with surgyu (think that's spelt right )
10. Got mine from ISD , fast turnaround and they've been fine so far a few scuffs , but that just gives them that battle worn look
11. Thanks a lot Andrew, onwards and upwards
looks like the sewing machine will have to come back out to make a shorter set of elastic's. I will reposition the drop boxes as advised and tack in place this time. Couple new photos and will submit for centurion .
12. Martyn Fennell 42413 EIB A4 Andrew. Many thanks http://www.whitearmor.net/eib/certificates/42413-eib.png
13. HI Andrew, thanks As requested here is quick pic of rear of blaster showing D-ring, I am assuming now this photo will also be required for Centurion ??
14. with everybody confirming that the left and right are identical, I left the lower edges as is in the end. I did a test trim on the shin I messed up just to see what it would look like ,but realised in doing this one shin would be considerably lower than the other and if I realigned the other one I would be creating a much larger gap between the shin and thigh than needed, which in turn could lead to the old sniper knee plate issues of getting caught up with your thigh piece. good luck with your build, will look forward to your progress
15. Yep D ring is moulded on as standard on the RS blaster, yeah really chuffed with the colour match although armour is PVC
16. My kids (I say kids loosely) bought me the helmet at SWC last year , after of loads of research RS seemed the best fit with it, without joining the dreaded anovos waiting list and avoiding a lot of shipping cost, having said that the customer service at RS has been great and really supportive throughout my build along with everyone else in the forums.
