  1. I managed to purchases 12, I have a large group of people with me!
  2. Wow! What do you all think??? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGbxmsDFVnE
  3. To accuse Doopy Doo's of recasting is laughable to say the least, actually it's insulting. I do not have a horse in this race but I know BS when I see it, and your responses scream BS. I have more respect for someone who admits their guilt than one who retaliates with slander and propaganda. It may not be my place to say but your behavior should result in your banning.
  4. Not much of a defense. I'd say you are shooting yourself in the foot right now. Vern has published photos to help illustrate his theory, his accusations are not baseless. For you to counter with further sarcasm is unwise. Please show some respect to your fellow members here.
  5. Contact Verne. He is a member on here. He makes some killer silkscreen decals! here is the link to his thread in the ongoing projects section. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/28806-silkscreened-style-esb-helmet-decals/
  6. Ouch! lol! This was a good laugh.
  7. note the distance between the thigh armor and shins, they are very close together. Same thing with the biceps and forearms.
  8. This looks very good Steve, you have a great build for this armor. It fits you like a glove. As Mark has mentioned, I would certainly strap up the forearms to the biceps, this will allow better mobility of your hands, otherwise the forearms will be in the way. The boots are perfectly acceptable as they are for 501st clearance, but if you want to apply for centurion status, they will need to be painted.
  9. Totally missed that. I was really scratching my head at .003" thickness. It makes a lot more sense if its .087 or so. At that thickness, it should be perfectly fine to troop in.
  10. To sum this up; Sturdy ABS plastic for the major parts of the armor, and ABS film for the smaller parts. I looked up .003 abs plastic, and at that gauge its considered a film. If that is the case, that's incredible.
  11. I thought the writer was going to speak highly about the armor in ROTJ, until he said witchcraft.
  12. I spent an entire weekend glued to my computer chair searching multiple ebay sites looking for obscure parts. I have spent even more time searching this forum.
  13. looking close at the shins, I noticed they sit above the boots. Are you having trouble closing them?
  14. wow! That turned out great man!! Good work!
  15. Almost broke my brain. Back plate in the front??? WHAT!?!?!?
  16. these are the decals CFO provided correct? If so, there should be no issue with them. Most likely the lighting is to blame. I think they look fine.
  17. looking good so far. Keep it up!
  18. looks great! My only suggestion would be to pad out your shoulder bells so that they flare out.
  19. I wouldn't read too much into it. It looks like it could of been taken from some early concept art for the film. If you look at the Falcon, it has a circular dish.
  20. Truth. I do the same thing.
  21. Novus works for me.
  22. Of course not, but they could at least keep the look of the armor the same. If RS or TM can do it....
