  1. Trim so parts are oversized then test fit and temporarily tape together using Masking tape (painters blue tape) Then walk around and do motions, how does it feel make looser or tighter? Decide if its a good fit and glue together. #MTFBWY Johnny
  2. Sure individual parts, I got my E-11 from TrooperBay but thank goodness we have a lot of options for weapons. Also check Etsy. #MTFBWY
  3. Enjoy your Star Wars journey!
  4. You should contact your garrison I think they should be happy to help, maybe even have armor building get togethers. I suggest to always trim larger and then fit with blue tape try it out before making final cuts. Good luck and keep us posted!

  10. Guys from my own experience putting together my armor, I would say YES YOU CAN DO IT. BE CONFIDENT! My own lesson was patience, go slow enough to get things right this means reading and researching and building. I am excited to go thru the process again too, I have a second kit incoming! :-)

Anyone have a source for cover strips, is it better to just buy a ABS sheet and custom cut?
  14. The great news Pat is that you really have options. Its a great time to be a Star Wars fan. Yes you can decide to buy the Anovos premier, but you could choose to wait awhile more for the Standard line First Order release. Also there are other armor makers here and on theRPF (com) that are lower cost. Take your time and read, research. Its not just a white suit its your own personal Star Wars journey. #MTFBWY
  15. Tuppercraft? Is that standard issue Trooper?
  16. I got a short crack on my chest plate, I just put ABS paste behind it to bond the piece and keep it from going any further.

  25. You may want to consider warming the shoulder bells and stretching them a bit over the biceps to get a better fit. Exercise caution with heat since you can end up with deformation.
