Too bad he doesn't have instructions. Even though it's against LEGO's marketed sets, with instructions you could still bricklink all the parts needed and build yourself.

I chose Soundwave for a few reasons. Before Star Wars my geek passion was with G1 Transformers. Soundwave was one of my favorites with his minions. By today's standards he's a bit dated as a micro-cassette deck, but back then it was awesome. Fast forward to today my job is being a Submarine Sonar Technician. His character and my job share some similarities. And that about sums it up. That and the Empire and Decepticons have a shared goal of ruling the galaxy with an iron fist. Peace through tyranny.

Just a heads up for those stateside. A myusps account will allow you to see the progress your package once it gets scanned into the system.

It's sooo much better! It may still get warm, but it at least won't get stuffy, stale, or foggy.

Ditto. Except for purchasing a ticket. I was there before 3 waiting for the link to go live. When it did I clicked and the page from the link would just time out. When it finally connected I went into the queue. After that I finally got to the purchase page at about the same time and the VIPs were gone. I are teh sad panda. I was really shooting for one of those tickets. I wonder if it has something to do with the server location or my isp? Oh well, I'll make up my mind if I still want to attend after the sting of defeat has faded lol.

Thanks, Tig70 and justjoseph64! I'll break out the paint and get the tracks covered. Got a little carried away making it look worn.

For this submission I took the pointers given on my EIB submission. As a result I have replaced the velcro on the abdomen with elastic and snaps. Next was to shorten the elastic on the shoulder bells to bring them closer in to the shoulder bridges. The only part I had any difficulty with was the butt plate. I have erm...too much butt for the plate lol, and as a result I can't get it to sit 100% flush. Using a heat gun I managed to improve the curvature of the plate. However, when worn it just won't sit flush. Of course I'd be willing to try any tricks implemented successfully from anyone with the same problem!

A little self critique is that I think the thighs need to be shortened. Also, I noticed that the paint has scratched off the side ab and kidney rivets.
