  1. Got mine Thursday, and it's definitely a spiffy addition to the Legion racing shirt line up! Thanks!!!
  2. I acquired my handle due to an unfortunate combination of alcohol at a con (which I like), and Jello shooters (of which the Jello part I loathe). Unfortunately, the Jello shooters pushed me straight from comfortably numb to stupid sloppy drunk, and thus became known henceforth as Jello. I will get even with the garrison member who was the enabler for that debacle. Oh yes, I will....
  3. Ah, the tall trooper syndrome. At 6-03 myself, I feel your pain. That's one of the reasons why I don't wear my TK too often anymore... I just don't like the way I look in it. Besides, with the TS and TB, at least I can sit and be comfy at a troop! :-) Plus, I don't have to worry about being as tall as Vader in pics; I can just kneel down. Good luck, and hope you find something that works for you!
  4. Good morning! I'd like to see about getting my username changed from DarkJedi to Jello (long story. lol). Thanks!
  5. That totally rocked! And the Jedi caught totally flat footed... priceless!!
  6. Well fancy meeting you here, Justin! Good looking bucket there!
  7. Stupid Daylight Savings Time! I absolutely loathe it! Why can't we just pick one friggin' time and stick with it???
  8. We've thought about doing mesh for the St. Patrick's day parade here in the Mountain Garrison. We don't thing that the spectators (hopefully) from twenty feet away along the route will be able to tell. This came up not long ago during a discussion of said parade. Many troopers had issues w/ fogging lenses, and subsequently tripping over kidses who'd strayed onto the route. Situations like a parade would probably be the only time we'd ever be able to get away with it anyway, but well worth it. No fogging to worry about + no trippy trippy = win-win!
  9. The first time I saw anyone in TK, it was at a book signing Troy Denning was participating in here a year ago last May (wow, time flies!). I just sat in the audience with my jaw in my lap staring at something like a dozen and a half TKs, TDs, TXs, and so on drooling and thinking to myself "I have got to get me one of these!!" While waiting in line to get my book signed (the last one in the Legacy of the Force series, I spoke with what turned out to be the Squad Leader about appearances and just where I could find such a cool suit; I'll admit it, I felt like a kid at Christmas while I was. Two months later, I'd finished my TK, and then it was on to the next costume...
