    Looking good and congrats on the start! Per the hole on the brow for the pressure crack. This is the first I'm reading this. Is this an actual problem?

    Hey Aaron, In your pic of your kidney plate, per the notch on your right side, the return edge on top of the notch, did you use an iron on that? (Damn, there's a lot of commas in this sentence)

    So I noticed a lot order a size up but then a lot also order the same size and it works out as well...eh..confused. I wear a size 9 in sneakers with a little bit of room but I like the comfort. So I'm wondering if I should order just order 9?

    haha! my big nahgan is what I'm worried about too! the bicep hooks are they to just keep them straps from possibly riding up? I never seemed to have that problem with my last armor.

    Awesome progress! Per your hard hat liner, I was looking at one of those too but wasn't sure about the tension adjustment knob. That clears just fine inside the helmet? I'm stuck between this or pads..meh

    Very cool...did you velcro it to the helmet too or is it snug enough to just sit in the helmet?
