1. Chris I like the way you made this. I think Tino is referring to the metal housing. This one shows two T's when you remove some of the center. Great work
2. Impressive use of the 1mm plastic. You are doing a great job bringing out the details. I keep looking at your build so I can improve mine. GREAT WORK!!!
3. Chris you really got me thinking about this counter and when Tino said the ridges on the bottom were mirror images so they would slide together I had an idea. Really simple idea. I filled the top side with green stuff ensuring the counter was wet. When it dried enough to manipulate I took it off and glued it on bottom. i just need to sand, green stuff the seams and paint. I also went a little further. On the pics I see of the counter there are two screws, one of which is partially hidden. I trimmed off the portion on top of the screw and inserted a temp screw (wrong type head, but right diameter). I will cover with a thin piece of plastic. I also trimmed out the channel around my counter to make it more realistic.
4. Impressive scope. Wow. That is amazing. The prisms really did the trick.
5. Chris your request for pics of the underside of the counter got me thinking I could not tell from the pictures, in the link provided by Tino, how far the detail was raised and/or depressed from the base. Plus this time I noticed there is a screw on the bottom.
6. Chris I saw your request for pics of the underside of the counter and I did get me thinking I could not tell from the pictures how far the detail was raised and/or depressed from the base. Plus there is another screw on the bottom.
7. The shipping cost is not bad at all for the weight and size of the package.
8. Ian thanks for explaining it better. Chris you might be able to carve out a spot so you can slide the extractor underneath the receiver. This would give the appearance of it continuing.
9. I finished up the rework on the counter. Thanks again to Chris for showing this detail in his build I ordered some M2.5 terminal screws off ebay to use on the rear of the counter. It was only 1 dollar shipped. I hope these screws are the correct ones.... I will post a pic when they arrive. UPDATE: WRONG SCREW.. THEY WERE PHILLIPS HEAD....
10. Chris I think your ejector section it too long I think the measurement was to the end of the bolt. Part of the bolt would be forward of where you are looking.

I could be wrong as I am only going by pictures.

I really like the way you built this.
11. I took off my counter and began the updates to my counter. I also noticed that my push button is too thin... I don't think there is a way to replace it with a thicker one as I glued it down with Zap a Gap. First I added a piece of metal that has two holes and trimmed out the piece below the electrical connections. Great eye Chris... I never would have seen this without your post. Next I trimmed out the sections on the bottom of the counter and trimmed out the piece below the electrical connections. I also trimmed out the piece on the side to make the "T's" from the metal bracket. I took off a little too much, but you gotta love green stuff. I ordered the appropriate screws. Once they arrive I will repaint, install the screws and remount.
12. Great job. How hard was it to integrate the Blaster Core?
13. I have been gone for the last week on a business trip. After reviewing The counter made by Chris (Thrawnsguard) I have a little work to do. I also need to work in a little more weathering and try my hand at light rust in some areas.
14. With both screws being correct I like the looks of all slotted screws.
15. Chris are both to the screws on the bottom of the counter slotted? Looking at some pics it looks like the top screw is a phillips. I could be wrong... just looking at photos online.
16. Chrs I wrapped some electrical tape around the D ring and then put in some green stuff. It made it quite stiff and does not clank at all.
17. I purchased an E-11 Stand from http://tshobbies.com/star-wars-e-11-blaster-stand/ and it arrived today.
18. Here are some better photos. If you want to see a specific part just ask and I will post it. This has been a great adventure. I want to thank everyone on FISD who helped make this blaster. METALMITE
19. I really like what you did to the counter. It makes me want to take mine off and rework it... GREAT JOB!!!
20. I finished the blaster tonight.... here are a few quick pics... I will post better detailed shots later.
21. The weapon is now prepped for final coat of black, weathering and then sealed with matte finish. I used Matte Black, but the matte sealer still makes it a little duller.... so I taped off the T-tracks to give them a slightly different color.... the Henglslter Counter will also be done this way.
22. The front trigger assembly had very little to surface for attachment. So I filled in with green stuff and Zap a Gap.... this should not go anywhere.
23. I installed the folding stock and secured with two screws. I then filled the phillips head in with green stuff. When its dry I will cover with black spray paint.
