When the Legion changes it's requirments do they effect everyone or just new members. I know there were some issues about Rubies boxed Vaders made it in even though that doesn't meet the standards. But once they were approved they were allowed to stay in.

Any chance since RTOJ had a real budget they made stunt suits for the action scenes? Just an idea.

If the yellowing is just on the outside of the armor you could use turtle wax rubbing compuond to take off the top layer of abs them polish it back up with Novus. If it's inside and out you'd have to paint your amor. Although in the email I got from Kevin he notes that you may have to paint hte helmet to match anyway.

I wouldn't use the waterproof plastic bag. You'll get condensation in the bad and ruin your hardware. Hear are a couple links about rigging you helmet: ----------- Good luck.

Talk with your local garrison about where to obtain armor, but avoid ebay. Thats what I did.

The RT was made for a 6' 210lb person, the TE is more for 5'10" 155lb person, but any armor can be shimmed/trimmed to fit just about anyone. The RT is cheaper and comes pretrimmed if it matters.

The ESB helmets are the same as the ANH ones except for the frown and stickers. And the only armor difference I'm aware of is the hand gards. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Very nice writeup, thanks. Just want to add a few comments (not relating to the parade). Anti-fog is just baby shampoo and water, ask any diver . The only thing that works better is anti-fog "gel" and it's just a little better. Spit although gross works ok too. I haven't heard of the ANHv2. I'm really interested to see the pictures. Please PM the details. Just out of curiousity how many ESB troopers were there. I can't decide if I want to go this route.
