1. Agh! Wish I had known you were there- I was, too! We will have to meet up at the next one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
2. Nice progress! Glad to see you having success so far. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
3. FWIW, I always check Goodwill - where turtlenecks go to die. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
4. Why didn't I think of that! I was sitting here wondering how anyone could keep their cut lines straight, since I had some "straying" issues as well. Duh!! [emoji12] thanks for the tip! Adding a ruler to my list. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
5. Thanks Rich & Artshot! That's really helpful! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
6. Ok. I did one piece (which I assume is a the front piece of the left forearm). This is very slippery and very easy to eff up. I wish the score lines were just a hair deeper! But I think this will be okay when I take a dremmel to it and even it out. It feels a little big - I've got skinny arms. Does this look right, or do you think I'll have to take them in or curve them more? Now I'm going to eat some dinner and try not to ruin anything! Will be back at it tomorrow after reading some more [emoji854] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
7. Hey dudes! First timer here, and VERY excited to begin my first build with the Anovos kit. Got my BBB today, earlier than I thought I would! Naturally threw the bucket on right away and the lenses cut into my nose... Ahh, the joys!

Anyways, starting the build tonight with some trimming and not getting into anything too crazy until my tin snips and magnets arrive!

Following along with so many other builds, so please keep the good stuff coming! My husband and I will be building ours together, but he just sat down to play a video game and I'm not gonna wait!! Im starting with the arm pieces. Will update in a bit!
8. Following along! I'd like to see the frown on your too, they seem to have a bit of discrepancy from bucket to bucket. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
9. Wow, that's awful. Thanks for the heads up. ETA: I just was looking around the web and apparently this has been around some forums since 2010! So disappointing to hear about. Won't be purchasing anything from him. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
10. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] I'm sorry too, but "junk punched" is the funniest term! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
11. Good point! Spraying the inside of that sounds like a PIA. Foam brush and black paint it is. [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
12. N00b here - what is the benefit of painting the inside black? Does it just show less of the "helmet guts" through the lenses? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
13. Following along, waiting not-so-patiently for my box! Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
14. I'll be in the same boat as you, first timer with Anovos kit on the way. Will be following your build! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
15. I also got the anovos kit and it's my first costume, as well. I am so excited to start! I can't wait to get to an armor party and see what has to be handled for it to all fit properly. Can't wait to hear how it all goes for you guys!
