  1. if you cant adjust the lid, try adjusting the brow trim

  3. Ok. so my appartment complex has a free table were you can drop off old junk for others go through and take befor it gets tossed out. Tonight I found a few things. one was a Posey Single use Gait Belt and thought hmm... Thigh Garter belt? Yes or no?
  4. I got the nickname 'Quad' because back in high school a dear close friend of mine called me her "dragol Mew. I know I spelt that wrong. but its means 'my love' my buddys at the time gave me flack for it and instead of dragul (with her accent they said couldn't hear the L and herd "quadaon") So from there they shortened it to Quad.. (had to edit it my post, spelt to many things wrong) LoL
  5. Varius armors lean to diffrent body builds but over all its all in the trimming. Go ahead and take a look at the getting started section if you have not already done so and look around. some were in the top few is one on what armors there are and were to find them. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/38-getting-started-read-this-first/ Good luck in your research! The research portion of building armor just gets more and more involved and detailed (at least for me it does)
  6. If you look closely to the CRL pics showing JUST the chest plate for the TKs, its also got that funky ridge so I see no problem with this new kit's chest plate passing Imperial Inspection.
  7. My AM 2 kit shipped today from Anaheim today and has 3 business days left for delevery.. I will post pics when I get it.
  8. CRL for Hero http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_anh_hero CRL for Stunt http://www.501st.com/databank/Costuming:TK_anh_stunt major differences are the number of 'teeth' your helmet has, the number of bumps on the ears and the style of lenses used in the helm.
  9. For what armorare you doing? ANH hero/stuck, ESB? The devil is in the details
  10. I REALLY like how clean your bucket's insides look.
  11. Also, For the mics for the hearing aids I can just buy this http://www.amazon.com/Super-Ear-Amplifier-Kit-MK-136/dp/B0006HJSLE/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1419393726&sr=1-2&keywords=velleman+kit And remove the mics and hook them to what, 24 gauge wires for placment of where ever, yes?
  12. I am doing my helmet research and all that fun stuff. asking questions here and there and have another one for you guys. I have seen posts on the mic in the ears and in the hove mic speakers and not sure what one is right for me so I ask: Hearing kit speaker placement, What do you guys use/like and why? I ask this because at the moment I am thinking of the hearing mics in the ear bumps and later upgrading my voice amp system to Hovi Mic Speakers for a frontal projection of sound
  13. I noticed the right eye has a 'bump' on the bottom.
  14. No sir, I don't like it.. Where did your friend get it!?
  15. I got an eastbay shirt. The chest fits awsome bit I have BIG chest.. lttile arms so the sleeves are still loose on me. Need to take my surger to 'em
  16. Yeah. I went ahead and found an anker for 30$ so I am set.. I decided what the heck. get one I know is good. next step is a setup for hearing improvments. My big brown box ships out tomarrow morning!
  17. Hey man. The best advice I can give is to check out the Getting started thread. They have alot of good info there from were to start, who to avoid nd what armor kits aer good for what body builds. so head over to the link and browse around! http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/38-getting-started-read-this-first/
  18. ------------ On fixed income It took me a while (3 years) to save up for my armor. now I need to get my bucket outfited on the cheap. What do you guys think of the above listed voice amps?
  19. I have been reading about the helmet electronics and sadly I am not much of a visual learner. I can read and read and not understand some info.but this IS what I have learned. there are 3 overall systems. Mic/voice amplification Hearing aids and cooling systems (fans) people sell 'kits' for these systems are ranging prices. The top fave for Voice amp is the ICom and Aker moduals. Now, I have not seen much on the hearing systems. could somebody point me into that derection as well as letting me know if there is anything else I am missing?
  20. Testing it out so far, my phone's speaker just isn't powerfull enough to matter.. So maybe I shoud get some bluetooth speakers.
