  1. That is amazing. It must be nice to have a talent.
  2. I'm 6'2", 235 lbs and the armor fit like it was made for me. Being almost a foot smaller than me, I think you have a lot of work in your future.
  3. Thanks for the pics. I may need to upgrade my bucket.
  4. I'm interested to see the new helmet design. I have the old three piece one. Nice work on the build so far.
  5. 6'2", 240. AM is perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I did a Hasbro/DD build for my first blaster, and I remember how much fun it was to build. Yours is over the top! Looks fantastic.
  7. I have one. It's well worth the money.
  8. I think it has to do with personal preference. I have a set of Army Combat Helmet pads in my bucket. I think they work great. You can find them on eBay.
  9. I painted mine separate. Don't know if it's easier one way or the other. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I glued the cap to the back, then used the dimples as a guide for the screws. Came out great.
  11. I did biceps, forearms, thighs, shins, body then helmet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I was approved with mine. Use E6000 to glue it together. Is this an AM kit? If so, start by gluing the back to the top. Then use the supplied screws to attach the face and ears. Easy.
  13. Keep them coming! That backpack on the Stormtrooper is pretty cool.
  14. With a black under suit, it won't be that noticeable.
  15. Hyperfirm all the way. Even their "B" grades look better than that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Trooperbay is your one stop paint shop. https://trooperbay.com/humbrol-french-blue-paint-14.html Good luck on your build, I love my AM
  17. You'll need to add some side shims. Check out this tutorial. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/30448-adding-kidney-shims-for-larger-troopers/
  18. If you're going for Centurion, according to the CRL For level three certification (if applicable): These shall free float in back. These shall be glued in front. The plastic shoulder straps need to be held down in the back via a white elastic band to the white fabric that connects/bridges the chest and back piece.
  19. On my AM kit, I cut the velcro in half so the cover strip would, well, cover it.
  20. As far as attaching the belt. I made snap plates out of ABS and glued them with E6000 to my Ab. I didn't have to drill a hole. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. That's what I went with. I like how you can move them around to customize the fit.
  22. I'm so old. I don't even know what that is.
