  1. I really don't see anything wrong ( other than the color and maybe the sole thickness but, I'm not sure there is a spec on that ) with them. They look pretty good to me ... Joe
  2. When your time comes, I can make decals with your info to personalize your helmet.

  6. Heck, even the Tropical Fish Aquarium Supply store by me carries it .. I use to use it when I Road Raced motorcycle to buff out the scratches in my windscreen .. good stuff
  7. I did the PLASTI DIP ( Brush On ) and Cheese Cloth combination and you can definitely feel the denisty change. Makes it feel like a real helmet but not too heavy as to where your neck is hurting by the end of the day.
  8. Its really just for aesthetics ... It puts some weight to it like a real helmet rather than plastic
  9. I am almost complete with building my helmet and now the time comes to select what I want to do with the inside. I have already finished Gazmosis' Tip with the Plasti Dip and Cheesecloth and I must say, It does finish off the helmet real well. Now I am debating what to do .. Hardhat Liner ? Star Foam ? Closed Cell Foam ? I know some of you go nuts with the inside and some just do what is needed to fit to their head so, Let's see how you did yours! Here is a picture of the inside of mine with the Plasti Dip drying :
  10. According to the post it isnt "WRONG" ... : "there is nothing "really wrong" with the chart. You will look just fine if you follow it, certainly in comparison to not even assembling/wearing your suit properly which is far more noticeable and more common. But research from the last couple of years offer alternatives that are not covered by the chart. " Joe
