  1. yea me too
  2. I use the the headlight restoration kit from 3M 39008. It polishes deep scratches or light. Brings my ATA armor to its original shine. Just hook it to a electrical or portable drill and within minutes problems solved without much effort. You can pick it up on Amazon under $14. One kit lasts quite a long time. So far I've buffed out 2 heavy scratched armor sets however, you will run out of the supplied 3M polish before exhausting any other items. In this case I use Novus 2 polish in replace of the 3M polish (basically the same stuff). I used to restore headlights professionally a couple years ago. I figured it worked on polyurethane headlights it should work on ABS or similar plastics and I was correct. I highly recommend it.
  3. I'm shooting for July 4, 9AM. After #1 my ex the dropped the remainder (3 total) in the early to late AM, and I mean dropped
  4. Follow up report. As stated above most at MEPD are rattle canning theirs. I'll try this on my new pouches when they arrive, compare them to the ones I dyed a couple months ago and report back.
  5. I use regular fabric dye though I'm currently looking for something a bit stronger as the pouches still tend to fade lighter over time and something about rattle canning canvas just doesn't seem right, IMO. Also something worth noting, most canvas MP-40 pouch MFGs use nylon stitching which doesn't dye. I had to use a sharpie for that. I would be interested in knowing if you find something stronger, something industrial that doesn't cost a arm or leg like convertible top dyes YIKES!
  6. Awesome thanks, exactly what I wanted to see,
  7. Thank you all for your feedback. Great tips
