  1. I used line 20 snaps and my belt always dropped when my blaster was holstered. A lot of the troopers in my garrison have used velcro in addition to the snaps to secure the belt to the ab plate. I have been meaning to switch out the line 20s for 24s but recently at a troop were my belt dropped I dabbed on some CA glue (not recommended) and now I don't have the issue but I also now have the issue of the belt not coming of when I want it to. 4. Looking good Brother! sent from my phone
  5. Sorry, make sure you scroll down to check out his work.
  6. Hey Angie, I myself am struggling with keeping that elastic under the plastic shoulder bridge as well. Frankly the should bells are what has kept me from submitting for centurion. Anyway, as I scour the Centurion posts for AP kits I came across this applicant who had a similar issue. Someone on his post posted a link of a guy that made them look way better. Haven't had to the time to do so myself yet but when I do, I'll be trying this out. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/37297-shoulder-bell-sizes/?hl=gaps Cheers!
  7. Looking good, just a word of caution/advice. I have the one snap on the top like you do to close the side opposite the split rivets and it is a mother of a snap to do and undo by especially by myself. I am worried that while your set up looks aaaammmazing!!! You are gonna have a really hard time getting those extra snaps done and undone. Food for thought. I myself like many others went with a tab system to keep it lined up. Not the only method but something for for you to investigate on your end. Besides that, you are doing a great job! sent from my phone
  8. From the front on it does look good but from the underside it looks like it can be moved closer. Mine moved up and down a bit and ultimately, I e6000d it in place. In regards to the ammo pack being centered, mine is off as well. Everything is looking good! sent from my phone
  9. I mean seriously... Open up an auto body shop already... Freaking amazing! You go! You have mad skills woman! sent from my phone
  10. Mine are held in exactly like that. Machine screws straight into the PVC pipe. It will work no worries. Like you guys figured out, just use a bit a couple of sizes smaller and you'll be good to go. Whoop whoop! sent from my phone
  11. You freaking rock lady. Your ideas always amaze me. Sent from my KFTHWI using Tapatalk

  13. I'm a bit concerned about the cod pic. Something seems fishy about that picture. sent from my phone
  14. Yeeeeessssss! The level of epicness is over the top. I love the imperial issued stanchions. I have so many questions... It's sensory overload.
  15. My gut tells me a little more heating iron on a few of the spots and you'll be in the ball park! On another note, you really need to make sure you document this whole build process really well, the resizing and reshaping you are doing is of epic proportions and I am sure ladies and men will benefit from it in the future!! Keep it up, you are doing awesome!
  16. Welcome and good luck! We will be here to cheer you on! Lot's of great info on this site! I started by rough trimming everything. If you are trimming using the scoring and snap method, practice on some scraps. It will help you figure out how much pressure you'll need. I used both score and snap and lexan scissors. Congrats!
  17. hmmm...
  18. That first pic is awesome and the video posted about putting the booth together for that fest was completely amazing. It must have been a blast, I couldn't have imagined anyone else having a greater presence there than the 501st. Congrats on being a part of that. Whoop whoop... As far as your helmet sitting on your shoulder bridges goes, I got nothing. Sorry, hopefully someone chimes in soon. Thanks again. sent from my phone
  19. I do the same, It's the last thing I've throw in the bin and I haven't place it in the same spot twice.
  20. I'm gonna look tonight when I get home but I am pretty sure on some of the cut edges they are darkened by my suit. I noticed around the neck part of the chest the cut has darkened. I have a hospital troop on Wednesday and will be cleaning my armor up tonight. I'll report my findings. [emoji1] sent from my phone
