5. Up, anyone? Da Tapatalk
6. Good if you change grip. Assuming you cannot shoot to anyone, you could take away all inner components. At that point you spent some hunderd bucks for an empty pipe, I think it's better to buy a deactivated original sterling or bits of it, if it's ok with your local laws. Da Tapatalk
7. Tought about it and posted it already here on FISD but unfortunately none answered... Da Tapatalk
8. Found the same on Amazon last week but no shipping to EU...
9. I'm looking for it too but I can't find here in the EU...
Where do it comes from?

13. Thanks Andrew, I'll sure make all the modifications quickly. - Drop boxes Simple mod, sorry I completely lost this detail during the build. - belt has two positions right now, low and high (you can see the buttons on the reverse side picture). Of course I've taken the picture with the wrong position [emoji1]. I was considering adding two more buttons on the armor to keep it in line. - shoulder bells Will put the strap snap button upwards - back gap Have to decide between shortening the kidney straps or loosen the shoulder ones. Do you think there's a chance for the second option and make the back plate a bit lower behind the neck? - left side gap actually webbing non-elastic strips are on that side. Will make them a bit shorter. An alternative is to loose a bit the right side. There's a large velcroed pad there to keep my belly inside [emoji1]. Think the gap is due over stretching the right side, will verify. That said, many thanks to you and the FISD staff for having this armor evaluated, it's an honor and a rewarding sensation! 14.
No fogging and enough to have some air circulation in front of the face.
Maybe one fan more will be better but this is quite good.
15. Wow! Is that the original puppet's bucket?
16. Hi everybody. Bought some days ago a 48" TFA stormtrooper puppet to make my kid's armor. The plan is to have it ready for mid next month. I've found a problem with the original puppet helmet that seems (checked on the web) to be too small for the average kid's head. This thread is to find someone in the US, possibly east coast that kindly could buy for me a Rubies kids two piece TFA full helmet for me, and send it to Italy. I cannot find it ready available in EU. All expenses will be on my side, obviously. Anyone that wants to help me to make a kid happy and have his first armor completed? Thanks to everyone in advance. Lorenzo ps.: if anyone within the EU knows where to buy it please let me know, I've found nothing. Thanks!
17. For the top part, just trim at equal distance from the eyes, let's say 3/4 cms. The dome will cover it. For the bottom part I suggest to first assemble the helmet, then trim a nice round border according to your head size and or preferences. BTW, all the irregular warped borders have to be trimmed off.
18. Good idea. Da Tapatalk
